As we have identified a clear link between excessive working hours and our Responsible Purchasing Practices, we have partnered with the “Industry We Want Better Buying Partnership” survey for their 2023 cycle where our Supply Chain Partners have the opportunity to 180º review our purchasing practices with them and therefore further strengthen our performances and allow for better meaningful, two-way dialogue that can focus on improvement and mitigation programs.
