Our membership of SEDEX who are a global membership organisation dedicated to driving improvements in ethical and responsible business practices across global supply chains, supports our commitment to manage responsible sourcing whilst enabling improved protection of workers working conditions and their environment.
Hotsprings and its Brands are fully committed to ensure the well being of all workers across our Supply Chain. We are collaborating with our vendors to ensure they comply with appropriate national, regional and international laws, regulations and conventions within the countries in which they operate, where workers must always have the benefits of safe working conditions and be treated with dignity and respect at all times.
Hotsprings actively works with its supply chain partners to develop and improve business models that will meet the United Nations Guiding Principals on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs). As our Ethical and Social Compliance journey continues with our supply chain partners to conduct their business operations to the requirements of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) base code as set out below as minimum requirements whilst also improving sustainability and environmental standards.
The ETI is the most progressive globally recognised foundation that influence, train and support businesses to act responsibly and promote best practise in ethical trading. The ETI are aligned with respected and productive NGO’s such as Oxfam which allows us to build on our current and productive Sedex membership.
